Tai Chi for Everybody

Our classes, in Tai Chi (Chen style) and Qigong exercises are held in Reading and Swallowfield, Berkshire.  The form takes about a year to learn, and a lifetime to perfect, yet the benefits begin to show almost immediately in your daily practice.  We also hold “Balance for Life” classes in Swallowfield – these are Tai Chi and Qigong exercises focusing on balancing your body and mind.

You are welcome to come and try any of the classes to find out whether this is the right exercise for you. There is no special requirement on what to wear but common-sense would advise loose, comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict free movement and soft, comfortable shoes.
