We use Zoom to host remote classes.
You can sign up to Zoom for free (see: https://www.zoom.com/) and join the classes using your web browser, or by downloading the Zoom app to your Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone.
To “Join a Meeting” you will need an ID number and Password – Contact Eva.
Zoom Classes
If you are new to the Chinese internal arts, we would recommend starting with Qigong, as it is generally easier to learn and less physically demanding than the other internal arts we teach. If you are still undecided, do contact Eva telling us your interest, goals and main purpose for learning internal arts.
